CEO Don DeDonatis Takes Sabbatical from USSSA

VIERA, FL--January 23, 2018 – Don DeDonatis, Chairman of the Board and CEO of USSSA, announced that he will be taking a well-deserved sabbatical from the day-to-day operations of USSSA.

Don will be using his time to focus his attention on moving into his new home in Viera and selling his Kissimmee home after overseeing repairs needed following Hurricane Irma.

During his sabbatical, Don will continue to work on existing projects including his work with the community in Brevard County. Following his sabbatical, Don will fulfill the remaining 6 years of his contract and continue assisting with USSSA projects.

USSSA most recently held their inaugural event at the newly renovated USSSA Space Coast Complex, a 15 field, all-turf complex in Viera. This new flagship sports facility has been a long term dream of Don’s. On January 13, Don threw out the ceremonial first pitch to Don DeDonatis III at the inaugural tournament at USSSA Space Coast Complex.

Don DeDonatis III will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of USSSA Headquarters and USSSA Space Coast Complex.
