The USSSA was established 50 years ago for the sole purpose of promoting the play of Slow-Pitch Softball and providing opportunities in league and tournament play at local, state and the national level. To achieve this goal the USSSA established a National Playing Rules Committee. This committee meets on a daily basis at the National Meeting in November to discuss and recommend various changes for our entire program.
