USSSA Fastpitch Softball offers programs for women and girls at several ages and skill levels. USSSA hosts tournaments for Fastpitch teams ranging from 6 & under to 18 & under, as well as tournaments for adults. Tournaments vary in the skill level hosted, offering something for recreational, A, B, C, and All-star teams.

USSSA Fastpitch Softball holds World Series Tournaments in states across the country throughout the year. It is the USSSA mission that all girls, no matter their location, age, or skill level, have the opportunity to get involved with USSSA Fastpitch Softball.

USSSA also owns the USSSA Florida Pride, a National Professional Fastpitch (NPF) Softball Team. The Pride, along with the entire NPF roster, consists of the best players of Fastpitch Softball in the world today.
