The USSSA Sports Museum and Hall of Fame is located in the Heritage Park Complex at the end of the first base line of the Houston Astros Spring Training Stadium in Osceola County, Florida. 

 

 

 

MISSION STATEMENT OF THE UNITED STATES SPECIALTY SPORTS ASSOCIATION SPORTS MUSEUM AND HALL OF FAME

 

The USSSA Hall of Fame was founded in 1978 for the purpose of constructing a hall of fame museum which would pay tribute to individuals and programs of the USSSA.  The election and induction of an individual into the USSSA Hall of Fame is considered the highest honor that can be bestowed on any person by the USSSA. 

 

The accomplishments of such all-time greats of the USSSA program are hereby enshrined in the USSSA Sports Museum and Hall of Fame forever.

 

 

Memorabilia from the opening of the museum June 8, 1984 in Petersburg, Virginia, and again November 11, 2005 in Osceola County, Florida.

 



Individual inductees are presented in the categories in which they were inducted.

 



Each inductee is honored in a beautifully framed portrait. Memorabilia from inductees USSSA careers fill over 70 lighted showcases throughout the museum.



On command six video stations roll highlights from world championship events in a variety of sports.  Additionally, two inter-active touch screen kiosks feature video interviews with inductees along with listings of sports world champions and USSSA award winners.
