Look Who’s Coming Management

The above article describes the process on how to manage the Look Who’s Coming for an event.  Some additional clarity and definition about what each of these settings is for.

In the “Team Listing” section identified in the graphic above, make your selection from the dropdown to define how you want your Look Who’s Coming to Function:

• Accepted Teams
  • This list will only produce a list with teams that are marked as Accepted.
• Applied Teams
  • This will list all teams that are in the event and will display their current status (Applied or Accepted)
• Applied Teams without Status
  • This will list all teams that are in the event but will not display their current status.
• Team Brackets
  • This will display the teams in the current division set-up.

If you want to link to the Look Who’s Coming list directly, that can be accomplished by choosing the status you wish to use from the drop down and then copying the link below that option from the list above.  That can be used for linking anywhere you want to place (external website, social media, etc) it for the Look Who’s Coming.
