Step by Step Process for Public Users
Coach/Team Admin Path – New Users
Here are directions for your path as a Coach to navigate the system to get all steps accomplished to get your team registered.

- STEP 1: LINK Click here to Create your Account/Membership
- STEP 1 HELP ARTICLE
- Create a New User Account
- Register and Pay for your Season Membership (REQUIRED)
- STEP 2: Submit Background Check
- STEP 2 HELP ARTICLE
- On Dashboard, you will show as a member of USSSA HQ. Click on “More Info” beside the [REQUIRED] field for Background check info.
- Until this is Returned as Clear, there are no other Team Related steps to complete.
- STEP 3: Register Your Team
- Click on these links for the Sport you wish to Register
- STEP 4: Add Registered Coaches to your Team
Parent/Guardian Path for Creating Player Accounts
- STEP 1: LINK Click here to Create your Account
- STEP 1 HELP ARTICLE
- Create a New User Account
- Guardians are NOT required to have a season membership.
- STEP 2: On link above, choose, “Register Someone Else”
- Create your Player
- Add Photo ** – Clear photo of player’s face, no action shots, no blurry or unidentifiable photos
- Submit Birth Certificate **
- Register and Pay for your Season Membership for your player (REQUIRED)
